I have some really good vinyl wrap carbon effect,it looks and feels as though it is woven. The beauty of the vinyl is if you dont like it just peel it off.I also have some of the 3m vinyl at home so may do one in that tonight to see what it looks like :wink:The other option would be to use Hydrographics a company I have used in the past for my other hobby |

Pictures when you've done a piece please and let us know how difficult it is/what the piece looks like/feels like as sometimes pictures can be a little misleading ![]() |

Ok here you go,this is not the vinyl I would have chosen it is just what I had to hand.I spent about 15 mins doing it as It is going to come off but It is easily doable to a very good standard with a bit more time.I used a heat gun to warm the edges/corners by doing this you can pull the wrap round onto the back of the part so making it virtually impossible to peel on the corners. |

Looks very good, how much vinyl do you estimate you would need to do the car (hockey sticks, doors and the handles)? It seems that most sheets are about 1.2 m by 1m |

1 sheet should be plenty,so 15 quid to update your interior |

I got some 3d carbon wrap from hexis £31 delivered,Here's one wrapped and fitted.A tip if you fancy doing this is to not wrap the vinyl around the back of the trim where the handle or logo sits as the clips do not fit properly and as the handle has a lip it wont peel anyway.

Simon you can always nip down to me one Saturday and I/we will do it.You really need a hot air gun,the type for paint stripping as it makes it plyable in a second.I work all over Leyland,Longton, penwortham most days so its only 15mins away |

I wasn't going to do the door grabs as I dont mind them silver. But one has a small scratch from a ring I would imagine,so I did it just to see what it looked like |
