CHECK ENGINE.....PLEASE HELP!!

Hello to everybody,today when i started from a trafic light with a HEAVY FOOT on the throtle(Hard acceleration) my check engine light come out!! Big Cry Evil or Very Mad

....either you were using very hard acceleration and the engine management light popped out of the speedo fascia or you mean the light illuminated when you hoofed it from the lights. Whistle Wink

So if i get this right....under VERY hard acceleration the check engine light MUST pop up at the instrument cluster?? Twisted Evil Twisted Evil
I mean tha the check engine light illuminated after i floor it when the green light come on!!!
