How to remover rear cup holder?

Hi all
Does anybody know how to remove the cup holder from the back of the centre console?
I need to get into the console to feed a power supply to new rear DVD screens.

I think it might be a case of removing the whole centre consol which isn't that difficult. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

Ok thanks
I have found two bolts either side of the rear end of the console (behind the small air vents) accessible by winding the seats right forward , what else do I need to undo to get the console out?

is it a 2006 RRS? If it is then just pull it hard and it'll come off.
