How much should I pay to get tinted windows and where to get done?

I put tailored privacy sun shades into mine, link below

I had a set on my old MB E-class estate and managed to get back 70% of the cost of them by selling them on eBay when I bought the sport. Considerably cheaper than tints and you can take them in and out when you feel like it. Probably not as nice an overall look, but for the money I wasn't complaining

Just to tip you off.....
I was going to have the rear windows tinted, on my last car, and out of the blue thought to check with my insurance company.
They wanted an extra £100! And that was on a 3.0l X3, and I'm in my late 50s!!
( only wanted it as I'm into fishing and wanted to hid my gear a bit!

You don't have to improve performance for your insurance to go up, insurance company's will use any excuse to put up your insurance up and this is just another one.
