BRitish Airways Final Straw

Long story but BA really know how to lose customers.

Back in June booked 3 tickets Heathrow to Vancouver total £1700, at time tried to use their on line booking but it kept crashing so decided to call and talk to a human Rolling Eyes anyway book tickets and explain we need an extra bag as those nice people at the top have decided that you can only take one hold bag per person rather than the 2 it used to be. So extra bag paid for i assumed. Get an email 6 weeks ago saying all our flight times have changed and sorry if this has caused any inconvenience, well yes it has as it now means that we need to have an overnight on arrival due to late flight arrival and the extra expense of the hotel.

Go on line last week to check all ok and to my shock find that the human had not taken money for my extra bag as i thought so called the human again Rolling Eyes he agreed that it was a mistake so i asked if due to the inconvenience the flight time changes had caused would they as a gesture of good will waive the extra bag charge, answer "let me speak to my supervisor" answer "sorry sir but their is no way we can waive this cost, if we did it for you we would have to do it for evrybody"

Dont have a problem paying initially but if BA cannot stand £60 when i have had to stand the cost of a hotel because of their changes i say never again - another customer lost - Rant Over Evil or Very Mad
