Split turbo hose would be the next thing to look at, esp considering you have joined CFT (Club Fooked Turbo, coming to a D3/RRS near you). Could be the airbox to intercooler hose, easy to fix, or one of the other two, either side of the turbo. |

Mine has chuffed big cloud of soot from new. Just assumed it was normal |

turned out there was a hole in the intrercooler causing the problems |
