| drdelrrs Member Since: 02 Nov 2010 Location: UK Posts: 1163      | While your selling dealer may not "do" servicing they can't escape their liability for ensuring the car meets the legal requirement of being "Fit for Purpose"; they must meet any costs, certainly for everything inside 3 months and most stuff for 12 months
