Oil Filter location

Hi all
getting really addicted to readin the forums, anorak ehhh Bow down
Looking for some info, on how to get at the oil filter on my RRS 2006 2.7 HSE, any advice greatly recieved,
I am going to do an oil change Rolling Eyes

Just fitted my oem side steps and colour coded handles, I have my 22" stormers waiting in the wings ready for better weather Thumbs Up

Sorry for slightly hijacking the thread..

I'm going to do an oil change soon, What oil do I need to get?

I understand from reading that the oil filter is a paper type insert located as shown in the photo above, I understand there are two types of filter, does anyone have the part number for a 55 plate early 2006 oil filter please? Cheers Paul

does anyone know what the part is called where the red connector is and the 2 grey pipes what you can see in the picture go in to there is actually 3 pipes 1 underneath just behind the filter cover i broke this putting the filter cover on whats in the pipes some sort of fluid ?
