Will These wheels fit?

Could any of you guys tell me if a set of wheels from a 2010 vogue SE [ 255/20/r20 ] would fit my 2005 supercharged sport?

I think they probably would...but you would have to consider the affects on the speedo reading if using the tyre size you mention
