Looks like we all need 19" wheels to use our RRS's then |

It depends on how it's driven. Remember a RRS is just a D3 in drag (with a little lower ground clearance) so if a D3 can do it a RRS should be able to do it. Agree with you reversing out as one of the big problems is getting turned when your wheels drop into the wheel tracks. And dropping into access height is a great trick the LRE blokes show you to get extended height. |

Marvellous. But also note the innate balance of the vehicle. It would be superb for any vehicle never mind a 2.7 tonne 4x4. The back gives just enough drift to be controllable and steps back when the power is off without putting you into a 180. A remarkable feat of drivetrain engineering by LR. They really are a rather good vehicle...! Last edited by AG09 on Sat Dec 04 2010 2:03am. Edited 1 time in total |

DO you know what - that's what was most impressed about - just by feathering the throttle I was able to control very easily the drift and the the angle of it.... I was very impressed and it was a lot of fun at the same time! Apparently if you put it in sand mode it can be even more fun!
