Gear shift/console plate removal

Does anyone know how the gear shift lever is removed? Also how the control plate/panel the shift and suspension control panel is removed? Thank you! mike murphy

gear knob comes off with a good hard pull upwards, i think you need to put it in neutral first if i remember correctly. Im sure someone will be along to confirm shortly Thumbs Up
