My new runaround

Having waded my way through a number of cars and finally ditching the Range Rover Sport, I took delivery of this little puppy last weekend.

Having taken me some time to get the whole "white" thing, decided to opt for one. First impressions: Its a nice car, not a Range Rover, but still a nice car. The engine is just ridiculous for a Derv drinker. 0-60 in 5.9 secs with relentless torque and super slick gearchanges.

Irritations: Build quality (yes you read that right). I have an annoying vibration on the drivers door, I think the door card or something inside the door is not flush. It sounds like the sound proofing flapping around but is prevalent on rougher roads.

Bang and Olufsen sound system is amazing, however, the rear parcel shelf seems to be proving boom back and again vibrates.......it may be the downside to listening to Dr Dre or it could be shoddy German workmanship......either way, it will be rectified when I speak to them Monday. L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!

2008 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

Great choice Wonka....I had a black one of these as a 10 plate in March for 6 weeks and it was a special edition too. I was gutted when I traded it in for my Sport but I ordered it last September before I knew I was pregnant with number 2. By the time it arrived I was too fat to drive it and the baby seat didn't fit in the back Sad

You must miss the HST mate.......but not the fuel bills....

stunning car, this was on my shortlist before i got the RRS, but i couldnt get one as i thought it was a hatch like the tt, but in fact it is just a boot (need a hatch for my wee dug!), looks like the spec i was looking at, except i fancied the anthricite 7 spokes!
