There fans

The inner casing of the circle has tiny outlets, and makes it look like they are generating wind without the traditional blade.

saw one in Costco's (a proper one not a china copy) and the seemed quite powerful but not so silent. Great if you have kids and want a safe fan that won't chop off tiny fingers
