Hi i am really hope this is not the start of a problem car..

over the last week I have found my seat in strange positions that i did not leave it in and today when i turned off the car the drivers seat tried to eat me and pinned me to the steering wheel

I am sure i have seen a post about this little feature but i cant find it no i want it.




also does anyone know if the car should stay in the terrain mode you left it in, again some times it does and sometimes it doesnt...not sure if thats because i use access mode sometimes.

Any thoughts

Hi Neil..Your not alone, every now and then I go out to the car and find the seat and steering wheel in really weird places I always keep the original settings in the memory and everything goes back to normal when I press button1 . I once got "trapped" inside the car at the filling station phoned the dealers and told that these things occasionally happen when new then after a while it settles down

This problem has plagued me since I bought the car. Was eventually solved, I think, by replacing the keyless entry module and software upgrades. Seats do now appear to work - i.e. go back to the same place and not try and eat you - for the first time since I bought the car last September. Keep on at the dealer until they fix it!
