An unbelievably unexperienced RRS owner

Hi all,
This is going to be an unbelievably silly question, but: How the hell do you open the bonnet?! I mean, I have the owners manual which explains that there should be 2 bits holding the bonnet, one on the left hand side (LHS), kind of the below the side grill, and the other one is the safety catch (in front). However, I have none of these!!! I do not have the one on LHS, nor I can access the safety catch!!

I have RRS Autobiography S/C and its design is slightly different. I looked at every inch of the car and still fail to see the hooks! It is really annoying to be honest. Have been trying to get it open for two days

First use the lever in the passenger footwell the ones under the bonnet will then be obvious! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

OMG there is a lever in the passenger footwell?! It does not say anything about that in the manuals!
