Are MY10 RRS mirrors same as Disco4?

I no pre MY10 are the same as a disco3 but anyone know if the later are the same?

IGNORE -> I think the mirror caps still have the same part no if that's any help

Edit: Ignore that, now I look more closely I see that the bright caps for the MY10 have a different number from the bright caps for the pre-10:
