It should be a simple case of turning her down when she speaks and you retain that level until you turn it up again!

That's what I would expect to happen and what has happened on my previous Audi's and BMW's. On this one she definatly returns to the high volume the next time she gives an instruction. I will try again this afternoon, thanks. 2009 Stornaway Grey HSE |

I'll have a play with mine again later this afternoon to see if there is any other way in the settings mode.

Can't give you exact instructions (manual is in the car and I'm in the office) but the Sat nav instruction volume is set in the Sat Nav menus somewhere and is set as an offset from the volume that is being used for the audio. So if like me you have to set the audio level high (so that I can hear the music from my MP3 player which for some reason is quite quiet) then you get loud plus more volume for the sat nav instructions!

Ah thanks, that's what I was hoping someone would say but I couldn't find where to set the master volume, either in my handbook or by playing around with the menus. Would be grateful if you know where to set it. Bit of a pain about the phone problem but sure i will learn to live with it. Thanks. 2009 Stornaway Grey HSE |

You can also alter the satnav volume if you are quick enough to increase/decrease the volume while she is talking. |

if I remember correctly, you have to hold the stereo key that allows you to set the bass, treble, fad...down for a few second, it will bring another set of setting that the one above with the satnav off set volume setting.... Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

If your not quick enough to adjust the offset whilst she's talking push the replay icon and adjust while she talks again. MY10 TDV6 HSE, Alaska White, Ebony with Contrast, Park Heat, Paddle Shift, Privacy, Heated Steering Wheel, Extended & Premium Leather,
