i have a few things to sell on eBay, before i do that I am going to write to the competition and ask them to remove their cheaper listings so i can make more money as i need it more than them .......

I have had to read the advert to see where I have called you that....the closest I could come to the conclusion that I have slandered you personally is where I use terms like ‘some eBay members’ and ‘it seems a little greedy’. I apologise if these tenuous comments not aimed at any individual are offensive to you, please forward the name and address of your solicitor we I can discuss at length as one legally trained person to another. As for my reasons for this listing, well I fail to see why you want to make money out of others and I feel for your current financial situation, I do hope you find prosperity as this country slowly drags itself out of any economic gloom. I respect your right to sell at whatever price you feel fit; unfortunately you have no choice but to respect mine. I am happy to sell such information for 1p (which I will give to charity incidentally) I fail to see how you intend to make me end my auction to allow you to sell for more money, please let me know what eBay rules I am contravening with this listing. Again, if it is reference to my ‘greedy’ comments then I will have to consider amending (but not withdrawing) the listing to appease you.
