If it was a company car, is it manual? I'd say that would knock the value a little... but all told and with the mileage I reckon your original punt of 13k is about right. |

Sorry Tim, that used to be the case but there's no way today's overpowered modern diesels will achieve the same sort of mileage the earlier much weaker engines did. The 525d is the down tuned version of the 530d though isnt it. The 6 pot 3.0l in the Beemer covers the 525, 530 and the 535 IIRC! Current, M135i in Estoril Blue with more extras than the cast of Ben Hur.

Yep... it's good engine. As long as it's been well serviced (and if a company car it will have been) then no reason to steer clear of it on that front. It will make someone a decent set of wheels |

The wheels in the pictures are 18"s not 19"s, unless I am very much mistaken the 19"s were the 'spider' wheels fitted to the 535d |
