2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Well I hope you all had a great Easter, I spent mine on the hills and in the forests of Argyllshire and had a great time. I would recommend that you don't try this in your Sport until it gets to be about 10 years old and you don't mind a few scratches and the odd dent ot broken bumper! A winch, Goodyear MTRs and some underbody protection would also help. And before anybody asks, the answer is NO, I took my Defender

It all looks a bit barren oop north. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

ST That one was until it encountered Scottish rock faces (and trying to climb up them) It had just returned from driving across the Sahara from Tunisa, Libya and Morocco................ The driving technique for Sahara Sand is a little different to that required for Scottish bogs and quarries and the guy ended up going home on the back of an AA flat bed to Kendal. Interestingly he contacted us to say that the Toyota was still under warranty and the rear diff that he broke was still covered, and Toyota were going to replace it for free. Makes you wonder what LR would have said in the circumstances.......... "b*gg*r off, you were offroading it!" I suspect. So he needs at least a new rear diff. I had to tow the thing behind my Def90 for 8 miles along Forest Trails to the main road as I was the only wagon in the group of leaders/ marshalls with working trailer electrics - it was one heavy wagon I can tell you! Next time one of these runs is on I'll put the word out again........... I have a spare front passenger seat available for anybody whp wants to sit in.n Wouldn't ask anybody to travel offroad in the back though(there are 4 seats there) as the rear section of a Def90 isn't exactly roomy especially when it also has boxes of large box of recovery gear, hedge loppers, a power saw and a shovel in there already

If anybody wants a copy of the CD with all the video and more pics on I'll bring some south with me and give them out on Friday.
