Hi

I have a TDV8 without having (knowingly) specced the optional rear locking diff

On the sat nav's off road setting though I have a padlock icon over the rear axle as well as the one for the centre diff

Is this the default even if no diff lock is fitted?

They are all like that! Only way to tell is to take it offroad and watch the screen........................ or out into the snow and see if the rear diff locks up, inwhich case you will get the closed padlock showing over the rear icon 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

When the rear diff locks up it turns orange and the padlock is closed. middle diff indicator does the same
In the snow you can really feel the diffrence it makes. Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh

I never imagined myself in one but having run it for almost a year I cant think what Id chop it in for TBH
