Hi Guys
My rear o/s door lock is playing up, it sometimes locks/unlocks with either key fob or the inside manual button.
any ideas to what it could be. has anybody had this problem? I was thinking maybe the solenoid?

Not a lot of response to this one so went to sister site Disco 3 forum, quite a lot there I have'nt looked at it yet but the Disco probably have same locking mechanism as the RRS. seems quite easy to repair DIY, and the part seems to be reasonably priced £35+vat, the small motor's seem to lose there strenth to lock/unlock. I will price the part and do the job as soon as the temp outside rises , this seems to be a problem with Disco's and RRS's. I cant seem to find much about it in RRS forum yet, maybe I have not came across the post yet so I will keep looking.

on my 07MY the rear n/s door lock stopped working for a couple of days but rectified itself as soon as I booked it in for a warranty repair !
