This exercise will give you a bit of a frightening insight into how much your
mind and body are hard wired and you can't actually tell it what to do.
Try as you like - I bet no one here can short circuit this hard wiring.

So the exercise is:

1. While sitting at your desk in front of your computer, lift
your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles with it.

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number '6' in the air
with your right hand.

Does your foot change direction without being asked ?

And you can't do a thing about it - can you ?

There must be stg wrong with me though .. nothing changed .. does it depend on the fact I draw number six from the bottom (which actually makes the drawing clockwise as the foot movement..)?
