GEARBOX

Is there anyone having problems with there gearbox??
my light on dash keeps coming on saying gearbox fault, press ok,then when you turn the engine off and restart it goes away? Range rover vogue 3.6 tdv8 Gone

i have had the same problem it done it when it had 200 mile on it and this weekend with 1200 mile on it have not had chance to take it back yet let me know what happens with yours cheers chris

Yes same problem - dealer picking the car up on Thursday. Also seemed to miss on the motorway last night and when I got home the engine was really noisy on shutdown and smelt as though it was burning rubber !! This morning it started ok and no weird smells.
Hope its not a sign of things to come! the dealer still has no fix for the forward alert problem I have.
