i dont know where i have to post it, so i do it here:

i have a problem with an ebay seller. his name: sycozomatik. he has 100% positive feedbacks. i ordered over 3 weeks ago an carbon fibre front grille for my rrs. till today i dont got anything. i dont know what i should do more? i report it to paypal and ebay but nothing happens till today. he wanted to send me the part since last week. yesterday he told me that i get the tracking number soon.

perhaps someone from you live near there? Buckhurst Hill, Essex. i payed 1500 euros and are really nervous if i get my parts or not.. its many money for me.

he mails me sometimes but till today its just blabla... fact is, that i payed the money and dont got any parts.

would be glad if someone could drive there and looks if he really exist or not or what?!?!?!....

If you paid via a credit card to fund your paypal account, that might be a good way to go

McB when you say he has 100% feedback....on how many transactions? If it's a few then they could be fake, if its 100's you shoud be ok.

I had a look on Ebay and he has a faily high score of 452 but 95% of that is from buying things on ebay. He has sold a set of Rolls Royce Phantom Wheels for 2,000 which he recieved positive feedback.

I would contact him again asking for the tracking number by Monday or you will be force to contact PayPal for a refund.

i got my money back from ebay! i dont know why. since monday the seller dont send me any answer. i mailed him that i would pay him the money back when the grille comes. but nothing!!

it was an carbon fibre grille and side vents.

Now i gave him an negative feedback. What should i do more? I veryveryvery wanted this grille and he just waste my time round 1 month!!!

the strut grille cost in usa 8000 dollars with the vents and the upper grille. so it was very cheap for 1250 pounds.

Only ever bought two things from ebay (both low value)......didn't have a good experience with either of them. Will never buy from ebay again.  Current: I can't say...Oh the Shame!

Nope, not anymore. If you buy at ebay and pay via paypal there is no more limit for claims (at least in Germany).


I am with you on the thing about e**y. It has been better in the past, but meanwhile the sellers are studid and the buyers, too. I recently sold some stuff there (tyres, wheels, etc.) and if I think about how many hours of argueing and trouble I had until all the stuff was finally delivered and compare this to my usual hourly salary it would have been cheaper to simply throw the stuff away!
I don't sell (or buy) there anymore.
