NeilR, welcome back.

There will be TDV8 but it won't get the new ZF gearbox the other models will adopt.

The power of the 5.0V8 S/C is pegged at 510bhp in the XF-R/XK-R/RRS S/C due to the standard gearbox.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jag DIDN'T want to introduce a XK/XF-RR which would mean more power as the unit has a whole lot more to give.

Would it fit LR's profile and model line up?

My mind was at peace before, when they used the old fashioned dipstick... Now my mind will will wonder: Could the electronic oil level indicator malfunction and tell me to add oil when I don't have to, or not tell me to add oil when I have to, or flash "Oil level error, reduced engine performance" on the nifty TFT display one day?
