Go to "Emergency Room" on your home page and pay to get healed up. Max of three heals in a given time span (not sure what that is though but seems to be only a few minutes).

I just got killed twice in a row - 59 attacks in an hour on me. I think I may have upset someone Laughing WINNER - 2009 Best Newcomer Award

You have to put money in the bank to protect from losing it when other mobs attack.

If you want to spend money you have to withdraw it as cash. Note you take a percentage hit on protection money when you dorp it in the bank. WINNER - 2009 Best Newcomer Award
