Yep the saddle could go that high, I had a Hercules Balmoral, laterly I stripped it down and put cyclo cross tyres on it and wider handle bars then used it off road a lot Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh Clan Cameron |

That was the chopper. The Chopper design would never get though a Health and Safety assessment today - difficult to steer with a small front wheel and high rise handle bars and a gear shifter in just the right place to ruin a young male cyclist's prospects if he stopped suddenly and slid forward off the saddle............................... we are such killjoys these days 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
