You can buy them from Halfords for about a fiver, they only fit the Halfords branded pressure washer though. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Tim,
Stay away from the sponge, just throw it in the bin. Each time yoiu wash with it, yoiu're adding swirls into the paintwork.
Use the method npinks explained, get a Wash Mitt or sheepskin Mitt from JKP on the D3 Forum, One bucket of hot washing water & one bucket of cold water for rinsing.
Using the mitt, do one panel at a time & rinse in the rinse bucket before dipping back inthe wash bucket, then onto the next panel. For really dirty panels, do it in sections.

That should keep it more swirl free. Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible

Thanks Bodsy, will see what I can find next time I'm in town - must admit that in 30 years of washing my cars I've never had a problem with making swirls using a soft sponge as I rinse it a lot, I also start washing the roof and work down going round and round the car.
I might even treat it to a "detailing" by JKP after the snowy weather has gone. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Let JKP use you Zymol Wash kit, somebody might as well use it Whistle

Or have you taken it off your garage shelf and dusted it off

I think the kit is complete but I doubt that the tester kit is enough to wash an RRS, even less so a D3 so I might have to flog it off on Freel2. I also have a free sample of Demon Shine sitting waiting to be used that arrived last summer Embarassed Embarassed 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
