I have my 20" wheels on the flat with old carpet between them bottom one sitting on an off-cut of plywood. They are in a corner of the garage, that way they dont take up much room, probably won't be until march that I change them back on to the car. Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh

Lay them flat seems to be the norm. Being Swiss we wrap the wheels individually in bags then stack them. Can't be getting our hands dirty! |

Reusable of course. Made from Hemp so that they don't trap moisture. And when you've finished with them you smoke them!! |

while on this topic. What would people reccomend as a cleaner/sealer for the factory rims? While the sets off the car might aswell give it some protection before they go on. WINNER - 2008 Best All New Photograph

Took mine to the local valet company who also refurb wheels. Although only 3 were kerbed (don't know how I managed not to get the rear nearside kerbed too |

The least you could do is stack them in the back of your Defender S........................... or in the summer house. |

Wayyyy too much like hard work. The 20" wheels and tyres lie within 5 metres of where they were removed from the vehicle. Will make it easier when they get refitted in the summer. Which reminds me - does anyone have a part used Conti they need rid of. One of mine is comprehensively trashed after a blow out in the autumn.
