It makes sense I guess as it must be a drain on the battery.... never tried it - but to be honest rarely used the heated seats |

same on mine, no heated seats with out engine as MAW says it makes sense |

And the 12V lighter sockets as well don't work with the engine off right? |

It'd drain your battery in no time. 10forcash (on D3) does a set up to give you remote seat heater and windscreen for those frosty mornings! Porsche Cayenne S Diesel 66 Plate |

My A4 with a significantly smaller battery could do two heated seats, radio and interior light for three hours with no problem. If the RRS can't they should check the battery management. |

Didn't BMW own Rover when they launched the 75? So that would make it a German motor. |
