Is that a tinted windscreen? Looks good, not sure how much you'd be able to see through that though.

Matt black looks ok, but Dubai gets quite hot.......

I've been contemplating doing that for about a year now, its matte not matt, matt is a person. 

Matt is true English, Matte is American (and French too, if I remember correctly).

I must admit the matt looks very cool , but i wonder how hard it will be to keep clean tho !

I recon the dust may stick to it like s*it to a blanket unless it can be sealed some how and still look matt.
