Hopefully you clever people in RRS land can help me - or at least sympathise with my plight.

I have the phone sync with my outlook automatically via bluetooth whenever im near the laptop. This then means i can resync with any new phone that works with outlook and more importantly puts everything in a backup location (outlook). Never used the backup function of the pc suite so cant help, maybe if you roll back the firmware the backup file will work? Just a thought.

I haven't a backup file around to check though - maybe worth trying though if still unresolved.
