For those who read about my problem with my sport and the engine management system fault sending the engine into safety/limp mode , well it happened again tonight for the third time in less than 5 weeks.
Luckily tonight I managed to get a technician out and not just a recovery lorry after a few minutes diagnosing the engine for faults and finding none , he decided to check the accelerator and the power it was producing , hey presto , it was only producing 19% as opposed to the 100% so there you have it I need a new module , didn't even know that accelerators didn't have cables and were now powered by electrical circuits almost akin to aircraft fly by wires rbr
