Not many trees or shrubs in Morocco. Here are photos of the 2 6-wheelers on the trip.

I was looking at going next year anyway, so here is a few figures to help you decide.

March/April and Sep/Oct/November are when most trips take place so the weather conditions are not to extreme.

If travelling with one of the organised outfits costs vary but here are some rough ideas

£1,000 per vechicle based on 2 in vechicle.

£150 per person extra, but most do not charge for kids under 9

Then the cost of getting to Ceuta in Southern Spain. Travel overland through France or the Portsmouth to Bilbao Ferry approx cost £550.

Lespes - apart from the exped roof rack what other mods did you do?
Front bash plate?
MTR Tyres?
Sump guards?

Or was she just bog standard? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Tim. dcc is the one who has gone and posted the chocolate brown java black piccie, I will let him answer but think the expo rack was only mod, except for a big Trailmasters sticker in the rear window for street cred.

noticed even with all that dust and sand how those mirrors still gleam brightly, pretty handy if lost in a sand storm, but might be a danger to passing camels, causing them to squint a bit more than usua Laughing l

Embarassed Embarassed sorry about that lespes!

Would love to do a trip like that, but my problem would be which landy to take, TDV8 for grunt and comfort or the 90 for discomfort and offroad ablity but also I won't feel so bad about adding scratches to it as there loads there to start with and a few bashes! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Nope the GF really would love to drive the 90 all that distance - she used to have her own soft top series 3 that she ran in all weathers she loves Landies but now has to make do with a little Nissan Micra Noddy car! You have a PM as well Les! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
