Bluetooth Phone Code

My phone (N95 8GB) has suddenly stopped pairing with my car..... I tried to reset using pass codes 0000 and 1234 and 00000 and 12345?

What I find peculiar is thE dealer could not tell me this!! Quote: "Try 1234 or 0000.....I think you're phone may be incompatible" It was compatible for the last 4 months!!!!!!!!!

My first point of call for RRS problems is a forum rather than the place I bought it!
