This week I have noticed some kind of rattle when I come off the throtle in 2nd and 3rd gear, my car is tdv6 2007 and has only 6.500 km on the clock. There is also a slight whine when I am accelerating when the engine is cold, it apears at 1700-1800 rpm and dissapears at aprox. 2200 rpm and i can feel that on the steering wheel and pedals. The whine is present from the first day of ownership and I thought its normal. The rattle is present from the software update this week, or maybe I didnt hear it before. Are you guys familiar with this issues? Thank you in advance. I apologise for my bad English!

The ratlle is also present at 2000 rpm, and I can produce it when I go off the throtle and light on the throtle, the sound is similar to some sort of chain noise.

Yes, I think something similar to this has been reported before although I can't remember what it was to do with (and therefore can't search for it very easily) - either way, it was a visit to the dealer for resolution

Thanks, I have searched through the forum and find few other people with same problem, but no resolution. I will go to the dealer next week. I am tired of this car, too much problems for such a short time.

Milan, stay away from Grand Motors with your car. They told me the problem with mine was dirty fuel and clogged injectors. It took them 4 weeks to replace a fuel pump in November/December.
