Radio and voice commands problems RRS G4

Hi,

I am having problems with my radio, audio and voice commands. The display is on and I can change FM, AM channels. But there is no sound. The ON-OFF button is not responding to the control when turning it. Even if the radio is tune in to the right channel. Also when pressing the voice command button in the steering wheel, no sound! It has been working in the past. Sometimes it goes on while driving.
