The wife is embarking on a lounge/dinning room renovation and we think the time maybe up for our 20" Sony CRT and technics DVD hifi.

You can get the Sony DAV IS10 system which is a great sounding one with micro speakers and is getting good reviews online for £350'ish

In that case you should be able to get plenty of kit for your 2k, probably with change. I used to have one of the older Sony DAV kits - it was pretty good to my untrained ears and good value too. |
