What a scam... if he's talking about the programmable button. Yes, read the instructions.

If he's talking about the procedure to "program" a new brand new and keyfob so it works with your vehicle (including the immobilzer), still a scam... but maybe... But I'm pretty sure it's not easily done. Someone can prove me wrong, though.
