United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black
My windows aren't automatic...

Call me Lazy or possibly even spoilt... Some may even say "you've got too much time on your hands..."

BUT!

The windows on my 2006 RRS HSE dont go up on their own (bar the drivers window). So if I wind down a window for what ever reason ,to get the window back up again I have to hold down the button till it has closed... Big Cry

Is this normal? Also, is there a way of getting all the windows to close using the remote???

Embarassed

But it's still only on the front windows Rolling Eyes

I had a MY08 out on demo last week & the rear windows did not have auto up or down Sad

I have had this after a sw update on my Freelander 2

We had to hold the button till the window closed and keep it held for about 8 seconds, this reactivated the auto feature

Might be the same Question

Ahh, didn’t think of that !

However the car was fresh out of PDI & I was the first to drive it.

So I would have thought all the resets were done as part of the PDI.

But then you never know do you ??

Also noticed that switch operated a slightly different way to my MY06 Sport, in that where I have a sort of double click that requires a firmer push past the resistance point to activate the auto feature.

With the MY08 you just give the switch a short, sharper flick to operate the Auto down or up. Rather than having to push the switch past the first click.

If that makes sense Confused
