Sun tan lotion and black interiors....how to keep clean

Hi all,

It's hot and sunny a lot here down under ( Sydney ) and I'm keen to keep the lovely black leather and dash / door fittings like new.

How do you all protect your car from SPF30+ sun cream or lotion without using seat covers?

Any tips on removing "finger print" marks from the dash or doors would be great!
