Your quite right, however i would of course offer my customers a free holiday, £1000 cash back and a free upgrade to a TDV8 for any TDV6 purchased on October 2006 - LandRover just dont get it

2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Arctic Frost

I agree Kaine, Customer Care and Customer Satisfaction should be high on Land Rover's list of priorities but we all know they have a habit of shooting themselves in the foot in this department.

It's easy for me to sit here and put a case forward explaining why Land Rover wouldn't hold production to put spare parts into the dealership network. After all, I haven't got a "Low Coolant" message flashing on my binnacle and I feel sorry for anyone that is suffering at the moment. But as far as holding up production, it is never going to happen. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

Kaine if you haven't already done one, then a day out on the Home of the Legend tour of the factory is an interesting day out.......................... LR provide a sportsfield for the employees to use, it doubles up as a heliport for when suppliers trucks get held up on the m'way and they may become liable for millions of pounds due to a stopped production line. The factory on holds about a day's worth of production stock, if that. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
