Since having the car serviced at beginning of october at the only official service here (Belgrade) I have only had problems. Engine started chugging - they took it back and cleaned the tank - this made no difference so it wasn't a fuel problem which they claimed. Then they told me they needed to change the compressor for the suspension before they could do anything else since this was the subject of a factory recall. The got the compressor but still haven't fitted it so they still haven't addressed the engine problem either (why they are related is anyone's guess). Having noticed the car was stinking of diesel 2 weeks ago I brought it in and they informed me my fuel pump is shot and I need a new one. It still hasn't arrived and I am still waiting.
So to whom should I now complain - the Land Rover website is poor when it comes to getting information about where to complain - surely they must have a huge team dealing with complaints by now. Anyone got a name and valid email address to which I can vent my spleen? RRS TDV6 (gone)

You need to contact Land Rover Customer Services in Coventry. I don't have their number/ email to hand but I'm sure if you did a search using the site search engine it would come up as I know it has been asked for loads of times. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
