Smoking ban loophole

I was told this by a friend the other day.

There is a loophole in the smoking ban legislation. Basically you can light a cigerette in an enclosed public area but as long as you don't smoke it you should be fine. If someone questions you and tells you to put it out ask them does the ban apply to candles? The answer is of course no, but a candle produces smoke! Basically as long as you don't smoke a cigerette you can light one in a public enclosed place. Not sure why you would want to do that but some people are born to rebel! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I would guess that a candle does not have as many harmful chemicals in it as a cigarette? If you dont live on the EDGE, you are taking up too much space!!!!!!!!!!!!!
