Help with RRS off roading - Tires

Just new to this board. Hello friends. I am having a devil of a time finding some decent off road tires for my RSS. It comes with 19" which is just about the ONLY size that has nothing in the USA. Europe has some MT/R in 19" but not in the US.

Is anyone riding anything out there on their late model RRS (have 2007) with decent off road tires? I have to go to 18" which will clear the brakes on the non SC model or 20" (less sidewall), a bad choice anyway. I will likely go with 18" Nitto terra graplers but if anyone has gotten around the brake issue for a 17" OR has another cool offroad rig, please sound off.

Welcome Thumbs Up

Try doing a search as this has certainly come up before for American members, if not I am sure that someone will be along soon with the answers you need.

If you have the bremco brakes fitted the 19's are the smallest wheels you can fit. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

There was a chap who recently went to a lot of trouble to get his own wheel setup manufactured so he could fit 18s over the Brembos.... Confused

Unfortunately, a 17 wont' fit. Sounds like you have an HSE? If so, you're stuck with buying 18x8's and the Nittos or the LTZ's. 285/60-18. Check the RR.net forum for looooots of advice and reviews with offroad tires.
