What a marvellous place this is.

So one is too hard (and I know this will prompt one of BM's comments) another will get scratched, and neither cover the floor space when the rear seats are folded flat.

So the one to go for is the Loadspace Waterproof Liner that can be folded up when not in use, will protect the loadspace floor and surrounds with the rear seats either up or folded flat, and is waterproof if spillages should occur.

Load space mat has the chrome Range Rover badge. It's non slip flexable rubber and compatable with the cargo divider. You can also still use the hooks on the floor for the net or tying anything down. Personally I like it for every day general use and that's what I've got. It also makes getting into the spare wheel well easy because it does bend. Its cheaper too £83.

The Protector is rigid plastic with a slightly raised wall around it which will make the well access more difficult. Not compatable with the cargo divider and I think the floor hooks are covered so can't be used If you need to contain liquids on the matt then I guess this will give you about 2cm's of protection as long as you don't go around a bend £135

Then there is the waterproof liner at £89 which will cover the floor and sides even with the seats folded down. Suitable for humping the dirty stuff to the tip. Personally I'd get the council to come and collect it. TDV6 - gone

I just got the rubber non-slip mat, it has cut outs to you can get to tie downs.... stop things sliding around and protects the carpet. Buy it from LR Stealer and you'll pay the best part of £150

I got the mat to protect the bootspace for everyday, but if I am going to the tip (every sunday morning at the mo!) I have got the waterproof liner as it protects all the loadspace when the seats are down.

Dont bother with the LR supplied sucker things for the side windows - they are useless!!! go down b&Q and buy the coathooks that have suction pads on em. they only cost about 70p each and work much better TDV6 HSE 2007 model, Stornoway Grey, Ivory leather,Privacy glass, Premium ICE Pack, side steps, tasmod sills, now towbar and seat covers

I have the load space mat and it is just that - a mat. The Loadspace protector is a shallow "tray" with raised lips that is the same shape as the mat BUT it is heavier gauge rubber and not as felxible which means that if you have to change a wheel you have to remove it completely to get at the tools and spare tyre winch whereas the mat just bends like any rubber floor mat and can stay in place while you lift the boot floor 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
