United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Arctic Frost

Scary, sounds like it really needs a Police sting operation to knock it on the head.

Guess the phrase "Spanish practice" comes from somewhere....

Glad it worked out OK in your case (knifed tyre seems a good result compared to what could have happened). Cheers

Simon

driving in spain

what I find a bit strange, is the fact that I was able to drive for several miles without knowing I had a flat tyre.
I have had several punctures over the years, and always had some notification of a puncture. Is this a result of the modern air suspension that appears to balance the car equally ???

Switzerland 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Bonatti Grey

that's what's the difference between any normal car and a RR Very Happy
I do think it's the air suspension balancing out, maybe thinking you have an american passanger, so heavy load on the other wheels with unequal distribution of weight or something. Question RRS SC Bonatti Grey

Glad to hear your ok - in the Rangey if in doubt go offroad because I'm sure you'll fair a lot better than them!
Glad no one else was hurt.

I blame Fernando Alonso - never liked the brits and he's being a sour grape about Hamilton Thumbs Up Whistle Mr. Green Michael Potter

The exact same thing happened to my brother but near the ferry terminal in Bilbao. They knifed his tyre at the service station and when he went on his way they pulled him over on the motorway. While one of them was ostensibly helping to change the tyre the other was helping himself to the contents of the vehicle.

My advice is to keep on going and stop only when there are a large number of people around.
