Well I am a complainer mostly about value, but I have to say after being OS for a couple of weeks and hiring cars, I have to say hopping back into the RRS made me think I have a very nice unique vehicle. All BB are full of the bad stories I have owned many brands and RR is no different. Dealers well they all seem to be the same they know SFA about the vehicles they sell, this is why it is important to learn from boards such as this. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.

Yep, Land Rover don't appear to give a toss about bad publicity or personal experiences published online. I guess that people from JLR regularly read these forums, but while they are making heaps of money they will never change their ways.

I have had problems with my RRS since day one. The dealership, or rather the Dealer Principle, has been really good, but Land Rover Customer Relations have been dire. I had a woman contact me from their call centre who just laughed when I told her bout the problem I was having......I think that says it all about JLR's attitude towards customers who have problems with JLR products.
