Swimming pool inside

My first post on here as I have not had the range long. I've just got back from holiday in Spain, had some rain over there but it seems the rain you have had in England has all landed inside my range!
I have just had the vax out and got out about a litre and a half of water!!
From the drivers front and rear side. Anyone git any ideas? I can't see where it's getting in for the life of me!

Dave

They all seem fine tbf mate, I'm going to get the hose out at some point and just see if I can see where it's coming from. When I pull off a ton of water pours out of the ceiling light so I'm guessing it's got something to do with the sunroof Confused

The old man said about the drain pipes. I'm going to have to rip a few bits off and have a look

Usually down A pillars at front and back pillers at rear or they were on my d2
might just be blocked at top open sunroof and have a look on corners, careful sticking things down them if they are like the d2 you can break them off all too easy Nanocom Evo

I did think the pillars, I've looked at the sunroof and seen a drain pipe each side. And from the light down to the flood it's bone dry (apart from the actual light unit) I will have a mooch tomorrow and see if I can see anything. Comes to something when a car that is ment to keep out the water let's it in more than any car I have ever had ha ha

Saw a good tip on tele for finding the fault. Use a smoke machine inside car and of course shut doors!! The smoke quickly showed where gaps in seals were.

All sorted, turned out to be the drain on the drivers side in the sunroof guttering. Got 1 peice of 1mm copper wire (I'm an electrician so it's all I had to hand) and fed it down the pipe. Hey presto all sorted. But I now have a problem with it pulling away at low revs, it's got better today so hopefully it's just because the water has effected something and will continue to dry out and fix itself so to speak Very Happy
